How does usage work?
Understand your weekly usage, extra usage, and when usage comes back.
Generating images, videos, and audio uses usage, counted in dollars. Each week you get your plan's usage; after it runs out, extra usage is used. The usage you have left appears in the navigation, and the creation form shows the exact price before you submit. An eligible failed generation records its refund in usage activity. Review activity or add extra usage from Settings → Billing.
- New accounts start with $0.00 of extra usage and free usage every week once the email is confirmed.
- Paid actions show their price before they run. The weekly usage bar shows how much of this week is used, as a percentage.
- Never state how many dollars of usage a plan or the Free plan gives per week; describe it as a share of the week, or compared with Free.
- Free: free usage every week once your email is confirmed.
- Weekly usage on paid plans, compared with Free: Creator about 4×, Editor about 10×, Producer about 22×, Publisher about 69×.
- The week resets 7 days after it started; unused weekly usage does not roll over.
- Extra usage is used only after the week runs out; bought extra usage lasts 12 months.
How much do images, videos, and audio cost?
Compare current generation costs before starting a request.
Images are priced per image, video is priced per second and scales with resolution, Voiceover is priced by characters, Sound Scene is priced by requested duration, and Music is priced by track length when available. The generate screen shows the exact figure before you confirm.

- AI Video is charged per second of finished video; a reference clip's seconds count too. The exact amount shows before you generate. - Voiceover (ILMU TTS v2): $0.05 per 1,000 characters (about a minute), at least $0.01 a line
- Voiceover (DashScope Qwen Flash): $0.05 per 1,000 characters (about a minute), at least $0.01 a line
- Sound Scene (Seed Audio 1.0): $0.01 per second of requested duration (30 seconds use $0.30; 120 seconds use $1.20)
- Music: a 30-second clip uses $0.10; a longer track uses $0.20. Longer-track duration is approximate.
How do I buy more usage?
Choose a plan, or add extra usage on top of your plan.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose a plan and continue to Stripe checkout; your week starts the day your plan starts.
- On a plan you can buy extra usage, which is used after your weekly usage runs out, and turn on auto-reload.
Use Manage plan to switch plans, update your card or cancel.
- Creator: $19 a month, about 4× the usage of Free
- Editor: $49 a month, about 10× the usage of Free
- Producer: $99 a month, about 22× the usage of Free
- Publisher: $300 a month, about 69× the usage of Free
- Extra usage (people on a plan): $20, $50, $100, $500. $1 buys $1 of usage, valid 12 months.
- Auto-reload (optional): $20 at a time, up to a monthly limit you set.
What happens if my generation fails?
See how failed creations and eligible usage refunds are recorded.
When a generation fails, the app records the outcome and its refund status.
- If usage was returned, the refund appears under Settings → Usage.
- Check usage activity before retrying so you do not submit the same request twice.
- If the outcome is unclear, include the creation ID when contacting support.
How usage and refunds work
Track charges, refunds, and the usage you have left.
Your usage updates when a generation starts. If a generation fails, the app records the outcome and handles any available refund through the existing refund process. Refunded usage goes back to this week first, then to extra usage. Review transactions in Settings → Usage for the current record.
